Meetings are open to the public under the provisions of the Open Meetings Act.
Meeting time/dates are subject to change.
Meetings are scheduled for the third Thursday every other month beginning in January. Meetings begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Tri-County Office on Aging, 5303 S. Cedar St., Building 1, Lansing, MI 48911.
Members of the CSI Group define quality as perceived by the consumer for Project Choices (MI Choice) and the Self Determination Option, in order to provide, assess and increase quality care.
This collaboration provides a venue for consumers and advocates to review a variety of quality issues and identify problem areas that need improvement. Members are asked to give feedback on Project Choices and Self Determination, and assist with evaluation.
CSI is a means for consumers to have a voice in how homecare services are provided. Bi-monthly meetings offer a place for discussion, networking and brainstorming. Meetings are consumer driven, so all topics are welcome. Tri-County Office on Aging and CSI Members invite and encourage new members.
