DEVELOPMENT CENTER Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (beginning October 2002) Services: Driving simulator, high speed internet/e-mail, satellite television, computer English language training, beginning computer training, interactive citizenship program, American life skills education, video library in refugee languages, cultural competency training (community members), special refugee events. SERVICES Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (no phone service from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Services: Provides housing, health, employment referral, upgrades and retention assistance, English as a second language (ESL), transportation, immigration legal consultation. Eligibility: Newly arrived refugees, public interest parolees (PIP's) and asylees, public/private agencies or individuals in the general public. Cost: Services at no cost for newly arrived refugees, public interest parolees and asylees. General public, individuals and public/private agencies: Immigration legal consultation costs based on service provided.
