Sample Questions to Ask
During a Personal Interview

• How much experience have you had as an aide?
• Describe what you have done as an aide
• How could you help me (my mother, father.....)?
• What kinds of things do you feel could cause problems?
• Are you willing and able to do the following duties? (list)
• Are you willing to work these hours?
• Specify time off (if this is a live-in situation)
• Are you willing to give at least one week notice if you quit?
• Is transporation a problem?
