Hours: 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week.

Services: Responds to non-medical emergencies in the Greater Lansing area. Crisis situations include, but are not limited to, the need for: prescription drugs, utility bill assistance, and emotional support. The crisis must need an immediate response, and other agencies cannot respond. Trained volunteers will assess the situation and help arrange necessary services, with the client's consent.

Eligibility: Seniors 60 and older living in the greater Lansing area.

Cost: There is no fee but donations are accepted.
