CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM
| Focus - | To help caregivers and their families with future planning |
| Purpose - | To counsel caregivers and their families about planning for Long Term Care, including information on finances and appropriate housing options. |
| Goal - | To educate families and caregivers before a crisis occurs. |
| Eligibility - | Serves caregivers and families in Ingham, Eaton and Clinton Counties. |
| Referrals - | May come from doctors, agencies, families, neighbors and the Information and Assistance network. |
This program is geared for caregivers helping the older adult, primarily 60 and over.
