Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Services: To enrich the lives of participants and families by promoting physical, mental, and emotional fitness through individualized care. Specific services include respite care for families, recreational activities (such as exercise, games, music), counseling and indoor/outdoor gardening. Meals are provided by the Tri-County Office on Aging's Meals-On-Wheels and individual dietary needs are considered. Medications are closely supervised under professional guidelines. Transportation arrangements are coordinated with family or community services.

Eligibility: Adults 18 years or older who have physical, mental, emotional or social limitations and who require assistance and supervision in daily living.

Cost: $11.00 per hour. A minimum of five hours in any program day is required. Scholarships may be available. Transportation cost is included in fee in most cases for CATA SpecTran, Rural Service or EATRAN but covers 1/2 of cost in Clinton County.. Additional $2.00 donation for meals.

Services: Day treatment programming 2 days per week, with an emphasis on social skill building, problem solving, communication skills, daily living skills, and interpersonal improvement.

Eligibility: Must be referred by Clinton County Counseling Center: Contact (888) 800-1559.

Cost: Based on sliding scale. Accepts some insurances.

Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Services: An adult day care program designed to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of impaired older adults. Activities include crafts, games, fellowship, health talks, exercises, walks, music programs, and reminiscing discussions. Nutrition Dining Site at noon.

Eligibility: Residents of the tri-county area who are 60 years of age or older who are physically impaired, socially isolated, mentally confused, or have limited ability to function independently.

Cost: Based on a sliding scale according to income. Scholarships may be available. Donations of $2.00 requested for meals.
