To Become a Meals-On-Wheels volunteer:

Print out the form above, fill it out and mail your completed form to the Meals-On-Wheels Office that coordinates the area you can deliver meals during a noon hour.

VOLUNTEER QUALIFICATIONS

  • One hour, over the noon hour
  • One day per month
  • Physical ability to deliver meals
  • Attend a training class before volunteering
  • A patient, caring attitude towards senior citizens
  • A vehicle to use while delivering meals
  • Pass a felony background check

VOLUNTEER JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Pick up meals at a designated time and place
  • Deliver to each home as designated on route sheet
  • Return meal containersss to a designated area
